LEON COLEMAN
Director

Leon has worked on some of Australia’s biggest projects and provided recruitment, labour hire and traffic management services to multinationals, government and private enterprise across construction, infrastructure, resources and civil engineering projects Australia wide.

He has an experience based understanding of balancing the real needs of workers with the expectations and requirements of employers, from small enterprise through to the corporate management level.

Leon delivers a very personable and practical value in support of the Classic team and client base alike.


WALTER HOCKINGS
Director

Growing up within a recruitment, placement and labour hire family business, Walter brings practical experience from within this specialised field.

After graduating from Bond University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accountancy (Bcom), and completing a Graduate Certificate in Taxation (GradCertTax) at Curtin University, Walter spent several years working in accounting firms providing business services advice.

Today as a director with a financial background, board member of various companies and additional professional credentials, Walter provides specialised industry experience guiding the business with strategy, corporate governance, system implementation, and financial management advice.


NICK HANNANT
Operations Manager

Nick brings a wealth of knowledge of human resources and recruitment with experience spanning more than 15 years across a myriad of diverse industries and complex areas. Nick’s broad skill set, and in-depth understanding of best practice is complemented by his no-fuss and pragmatic approach to recruitment and HR.

Solutions-driven, Nick specialises in supporting businesses to navigate their HR obligations, implementing fit for purpose and relevant practices and solutions, and developing robust recruitment practices.

Along with providing clients with expert consulting and recruitment services, Nick oversees business operations and leads by example through his results-driven, and forward-thinking approach. Nick utilises his experiences to create a culture in which our professionals are supported in a cohesive team environment.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.


SARAH WILSON
Recruitment & Human Resources Consultant

Full of energy and enthusiasm, Sarah joined the Classic Team in February 2022, bringing eight+ years of generalist human resources and payroll experience into the mix. Sarah has worked within Human Resources for a range of organisations; small and large private companies, corporate and NFP organisations throughout the Toowoomba region.

Understanding that recruitment is more than finding a candidate with relevant experience, Sarah is passionate about facilitating connections and finding the perfect balance of skill and culture fit.

Along with providing recruitment services, Sarah thrives in the HR world, with a love for driving employee processes, initiatives, and programs to build positive and high performing teams for clients.

Sarah is currently completing her Diploma of Human Resource Management and is a student member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.


SHENOA WUST
Labour Hire & Recruitment Consultant

Shenoa joined the Classic team in May 2021.

A skilled recruitment & HR professional, Shenoa has worked in recruitment since 2018 in both the blue-collar and white-collar sectors.  Prior to joining the team at Classic, Shenoa worked in human resources for large employers in both the corporate sector and small to medium enterprises.

With a Diploma of Human Resource Management, Shenoa has an in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes.  She ensures she builds strong client relationships by getting to know each of her client’s particular challenges and then solving them!

Shenoa prides herself on delivering the best quality level of service.  In her role at Classic, she works within both the labour hire and recruitment arms of the business, providing practical and customised advice to clients with her welcoming and down to earth personality.


ZANNA FERDOWS
Labour Hire Consultant

Zanna is one of the newest additions to the team, coming onboard in February 2023 to manage our Labour Hire arm of the business.

With extensive account management, marketing, and sales experience, Zanna has transitioned seamlessly into the Classic team. With a passion for sourcing quality talent, building strong connections, and identifying gaps, Zanna brings a personable approach to every interaction and shares an optimistic and energetic vibe with the whole team.


LILY RICHARDSON
Receptionist & HR Administrator

Lily joined the Classic team in January 2023 and is the first point of call for our clients and candidates. This is a busy and diverse role that is critical to the success of the business. Lily handles the flow of people through our business supporting each member of our team.

Currently undertaking a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Lily brings exceptional customer service skills and a bubbly, spirited energy to the office.
