Senior Payroll Manager

Classic Recruitment is seeking a Senior Payroll Professional to be responsible for the management of payroll processes and staff within the Payroll Department for one of our key clients. The payroll covers a combination of salaried staff and field staff on composite day rates, under an Award.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated SAGE or MicrOpay payroll software experience
  • High level understanding of complex payroll systems & processes
  • The ability to successfully adapt and meet changing organisational requirements, business structures and operating models
  • Proven high level relationship and communication skills

Ideally, you will possess thorough attention to detail, coupled with high level interpersonal and communication skills. You will be required to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders including Senior Managers, employees and the ATO.
