About The Role
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the profitable operation of the restaurant within established standards, ensuring the customer is satisfied at all times.

The Restaurant Manager leads a team of permanent and casual staff in delivering service excellence and active promotion of the restaurant within the Toowoomba market place. This role is responsible for human resource management, customer service, financial administration, operational management, training, regulatory compliance and importantly, communication.
As this appointment is to cover a Parental Leave absence, it will be offered as a fixed term 12 month contract initially.
Experience in a senior role within the hospitality context and some exposure to working with an established management team is desirable. Strong interpersonal capabilities with proven experience in managing teams will be well regarded.
The role also calls for proven capabilities in financial management, the ability to harness the passion and capabilities of staff, and a track record of developing and delivering successful promotions.
A Diploma of Hospitality and / or Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) is desirable, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
