Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a varied generalist HR role that covers all aspects of Human Resources and Training, this is a ‘hands on’ people operations role.

Supported by a team of two, your key accountabilities will be:

  • HR Strategy, Management and Leadership
  • Performance Management
  • Learning and Development
  • Employee Industrial Relations
  • Remuneration and Benefits
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Inductions
  • Projects

What you’ll need to succeed
You will ideally have five years experience as a senior HR Professional.

Tertiary qualifications in HR/Organisational Development and Training

This role can suit an up-and-coming Senior HRBP or an HR Manager who wants to manage a small team and partner with Executive Management.

Importantly, you will be passionate about people and enjoy being a hands on HR practitioner.

A key to this role would be your previous experience managing all levels of stakeholders or working in a family-oriented environment.

You will have strong knowledge of industry related awards and be experienced in dealing with ER issues.

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have a versatile and adaptive style.

Experience within the transport/logistics sectors will be an advantage.
