One of Toowoomba’s leading schools is looking for a qualified Chef to fill a 5-week contract position (working four days per week), commencing on Monday, 4 March 2019. An hourly rate of $31.50 is on offer.
Regular hours are Monday to Thursday on a rotating roster of 6:00am to 12:30pm (week 1) and 1:30pm to 8:00pm (week 2).
The person undertaking this role will work with the Catering Manager to ensure the preparation, cooking and storage of food is in line with set menus, complete orders and manage student dietary requirements.

The preferred candidate will have:
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
- Blue Card or the ability to obtain
- Excellent self-presentation and good communication skills
- No visible tattoos
- Knowledge of Food Safety Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bulk cooking experience (desired)
This position is a 5-week assignment, commencing Monday, 4 March 2019 until 4 April 2019.
