We are looking for a Service Delivery Team Leader to manage the service delivery team and support the drivers.
Our client is a well-established, family owned company.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in transport operations, well developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite are essential.
The Service Delivery Team leader will be responsible for:
- Experience in managing Rosters
- Previous Staff Management and Supervision
- Understanding of employment legislation and awards
- High level communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Record Management
- Driver performance management
