Our client, the Empire Theatres, is a well-known, multipurpose performing arts facility in the Toowoomba region. They are seeking a vibrant and innovative personality to join their Business Development team.
This position will support both the General Manager and Marketing Manager in the creation of an updated Business Development strategy as well as developing and increasing fundraising and sponsorship.
This role will suit someone who is proactive in their work ethic, knowledgeable in the arts and entertainment arena as well as possessing excellent relationship, negotiation and selling skills.
Experience in Business Development in the arts and entertainment environment is not essential, however it will be highly regarded.
We are seeking someone that will fit with our client and provide them with an excellent set of skills to assist them develop their business and succeed in the future. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional presentation style and first class communication skills.
